The room was quiet and exceptional, with a kitchen; the setting was good and magnificent, with bars and restaurants nearby.

It offers amazing prices. We loved the nice location, and the amicable staff. Traveled much, cause it's just a short walk away from Beniferri subway station...

Modern and luxury apartments near downtown city, only 4 stops with subway. Underground station and supermarkets nearby. We ordered a studio 20m², they gave us a apartment of 40m² which was a very pleasant surprise. Valencia is great and a very interesting city to visit.

One of the girls at reception with a very businesslike attitude. By first arrival se told us, check in 16.00, checkout 11.00 hour and you have to wait outside till 16.00 hour before you can enter the apartment. This was here welcome statement, we didn’t feel welcome at all. Se gave no service or information, you explicit had to ask for it (we didn’t now that next day was a bank holiday and all shops were closed, so we didn’t have any food and drinks for that day). In the kitchen are a minimum of pots and pans available, not enough for really cooking. The amount of water coming out in sink and shower is ridicules low, in the shower it’s very difficult to get wet! Balcony is very small. Very busy traffic in front of the building 24 hours a day, with open window a lot of noise from highway into the city.

The modern apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they helped us with all our needs. the location was great, with easy access to the metro and bus. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby market and the beautiful mix of medieval and modern architecture in the city. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious apartments, metro station (Beniferri) nearby, free LAN access, however in the 10th floor there is no wireless; you have to ask for a cable at the reception. Front desk staff speaks English.

In a formal sense there is nothing to complain about, nevertheless the front desk staff could try to be a bit more friendly. They are not unfriendly but the atmosphere is a bit chilly.

the staff are really kind and amazingly great, giving their best to make the stay an awesome experience. their rooms are always fairly quiet and silent with a good view and balcony plus a double bed.

The apartments were located next to the metro station(5mins walk).Our next door neighbours were the baker and the pharmacy and a little further up there was good supermarket .Also one could take the Valencia Touristic Bus from round the corner.The views were fantastic from our tenth floor aprt. The staff were very helpful and all english speaking.
